Watermelon and feta cheese salad – an American summer recipe
Good morning, everyone!
It’s almost the end of the first vacation month! How do you feel with it? Have you realised all your holidays plans so far?
I hope my today’s recipe will surely sweeten your day and makes your miserable recollections of time passing by fade away!
To start with, three days ago, I was scrolling down the American news webpage in order to read anything other than COVID-19 and politics. I spotted a peculiar article about watermelon farm. My taste buds couldn’t resist the temptation and I was about to decide preparing a dish of this fruit. Well, it made my mouth so watering that I had indulge myself to consume that.
I rushed to the local supermarket with a view to looking for some bargains and cut-off prices on vegetables and fruit. To my wonderment, I noticed heavenly-looking watermelons on sale! I astounded, and was bearly able to choose the right piece for me.
I came home and I arranged my tea snack by preparing this appetising and refreshing meal.
